SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description

Rock Ridge Ventures ("Rock Ridge Ventures," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with property owners, prospective buyers, partners, and others who contact us. Messages may include replies to your inquiry, appointment and showing coordination, offer and transaction updates, and occasional information about properties or services relevant to your request.

2. Consent to receive messages

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website form, by texting us first, or by giving us your number verbally or in writing and agreeing to be texted, you consent to receive text messages from Rock Ridge Ventures at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, sale, or service. You may still contact us by phone at (615) 674-6609 or by email at rob@rockridgebuilt.com.

You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Most messages are conversational and sent in response to your inquiry.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Rock Ridge Ventures is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Opting out — STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further text messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing rob@rockridgebuilt.com or calling (615) 674-6609.

7. Supported carriers

Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy of your mobile information

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers, such as our SMS messaging platform, strictly to support and deliver the messaging service. 9. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
