Rock Ridge Ventures is a real estate development company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. We acquire land, carry it through planning and entitlement, and develop residential real estate in the communities we know best.

Our work is deliberately hands-on. We walk the parcels, sit in the planning meetings, and stay involved from the first survey through the last certificate of occupancy. That approach keeps decisions grounded in what actually gets built — not what looks good in a spreadsheet.
